Overview

Outsite is a global coliving and coworking network with over 50,000 members, built for remote workers and digital nomads. I joined to lead product work across the platform's key conversion surfaces, from homepage through booking and membership.

The work was grounded in user research, data analysis, and iterative testing. Each project had a clear metric to move, and moved it.

Homepage Redesign

↓ 31% bounce rate

The homepage was the biggest source of drop-off. Users landing from ads, SEO, and word-of-mouth weren't finding what they needed fast enough. I led a full redesign: restructuring the information hierarchy, tightening the value proposition, and making the path to search and booking immediately obvious.

The new homepage reduced bounce rate by 31%, keeping more visitors in the funnel and setting up downstream conversion improvements.

Deals Hub

↑ 17% booking increase

Members weren't discovering Outsite's best-value properties because discounted inventory was scattered and hard to find. I designed the Deals Hub: a dedicated surface aggregating current promotions, last-minute availability, and member-exclusive rates.

Clear filtration, urgency signals, and a streamlined path to booking drove a 17% increase in bookings originating from deals.

Dynamic Pricing & Promo Rates

I worked with the revenue and operations teams to design how promotional and dynamic pricing was displayed across listing pages and search results. The challenge: surface the right price at the right moment without creating confusion or eroding perceived value.

The result was a pricing display system that clearly communicated original vs. promotional rates while preserving trust in the Outsite brand.

Team Retreats

↑ 22% group booking increase

Remote-first companies were increasingly using Outsite for team offsites and retreats, but the product didn't yet support them well. I designed the Team Retreats experience: a dedicated flow for group bookings, with multi-room selection, capacity filters, and amenity focus on work-friendly spaces.

Group bookings increased by 22% following launch, opening a meaningful new revenue segment for Outsite.

Membership Page

↑ 12% membership applications

Outsite's membership model was a key part of retention and LTV, but the membership page undersold the value. I led a redesign that clearly articulated member benefits, pricing tiers, and the community value proposition.

Membership applications increased by 12%, a direct result of making the value easier to understand and the conversion path frictionless.

Outcome

Across every project, the work was anchored in real user data and shipped with measurable outcomes. Bounce rate, bookings, group revenue, membership conversion, each one moved in the right direction.

Good product work isn't just about great ideas. It's about building the right thing, in the right order, and measuring whether it actually worked.

“Sabrina is a very talented product designer and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her designs were always fresh, thoughtful, and user-friendly, and she consistently brought a positive, creative energy to every project. I truly enjoyed working with her whenever I had the chance and would happily recommend her for any team.”
