Overview
Deutsche Bahn, Germany’s national railway, was transitioning its frontend stack to Vue.js and Tailwind CSS. I joined as a Tailwind expert and Product Designer to redesign key user flows and rewrite them in the new tech stack, bridging design and implementation across the migration.
What I did
DESIGN: Redesigned core user flows and landing page variations, bringing clarity and visual consistency to interfaces that had grown complex over time.
TAILWIND: Led the Tailwind CSS implementation, establishing patterns and utility classes that the broader team could build on consistently as the migration progressed.
VUE.JS: Rewrote existing flows in Vue.js as part of the tech stack transition, working closely with the engineering team to ensure designs translated faithfully into production.
